Abstract

Communication between authorities and the public in Ukraine during the Russia-Ukraine war is critically important for maintaining stability and trust. This article explores various mechanisms and strategies used to ensure effective communication in crisis conditions. Key aspects include the use of the internet and social media, official statements and briefings, cooperation with international organizations, local initiatives and public organizations, as well as countering disinformation. The aim of the study is to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communication between authorities and the public in Ukraine during the war. Research methods include document analysis, media content analysis, interviews and surveys, case studies, and comparative analysis. The main objectives of the study are to identify key communication mechanisms and strategies, assess the level of public trust and satisfaction, and develop recommendations for improving communication.
