The article is devoted to the analysis of modern political groups characterized by the application of a new form of organization based on network communication. It is noted that contemporary political groups are trying to create new non-hierarchical structures that do not have a rigid structure of organized membership, internal bureaucracy, and central governing bodies. Such groups are aimed at forming groups that provide a higher level of patriarchal democracy, which ensures the real participation of group members in the adoption of political decisions and developed development vectors. The article states that ensuring the existence of a network organizational model of political groups is carried out through the use of new communication technologies that allow people to exchange information and coordinate actions, notwithstanding geographical differences.
It is noted that the development of network forms of organization can often be explained by the gradual decline in the level of public trust in state authorities and the ability of the state to make effective decisions. The article emphasizes that new network socio-political groups and movements aim at a program of personal freedom and combine it with the requirement of social justice, as well as political and social equality, which concentrates mainly on free access to knowledge and participation in decision-making. New networks with their adaptive, interactive and polycentric forms have found a new approach to international cyber activism and can adapt different types of political communication in any location at any time, offering a new type of socio-political interaction. Most citizens now use internal networks as trustworthy filters to evaluate political information.
