This article is focused to the problems of last penal reform, which had being implemented since February 2016. The article analyzes the problems of isolation of the last prison reform from the real social conditions and problems to be solved. The emphasis is on the fact that prison reform is largely formal and superficial, and therefore is of obviously dramatized character.References
