Trends of modern processes of modernization and legitimation in Ukraine: the historical and political component.

Abstract

Article is devoted the selection of periods of modernization and legitimation in history of independent Ukraine. On the first stage, 1991–1999, models and technologies were used, in basis of which there were ideological sources of providing of legitimity of power. Next period, 1999 – 2004, designated prevailing of administrative-corruption model of legitimation. Third period, end 2004 – began 2006. The events of «Orange revolution» designated passing to personal legitimity. Fourth period, middle 2006 – middle 2010, the deep crisis of legitimity designated. Modernization processes are finally stopped. Fifth period, middle 2010 – end 2013 is characterized the extreme level of falling of power legitimity level and simulation of modernization processes. Autumn 2013 – winter 2014. Ukrainian civil society defended own right on participation and determination of modernization processes way, proving their meaningfulness and inevitability.
