Regionalization of the sociopolitical and cultural-historical unity of the Baltic region.

Abstract

The article analyzes the Baltic States since their entry into the Euro - Atlantic space. It is shown that Euro-Atlantic integration became basis of foreign policy of countries of Baltic. Although of economic reforms and external economic change from east to westward carried sickly character for Baltic societies, it is not impossible to mark that, in spite of row of substantial expenses, the countries of Baltic for past two decades attained considerable successes on the way of integration in EuroAtlantic associations. Yet from the moment of receipt of independence, the economies of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia quality differed from the national economies of other soviet republics - they owned the developed infrastructure, had considerable power powers and more high level of welfare. After acquisition of independence there is an intensive collaboration in the field of realization of power, transport-infrastructural projects, and also projects that touch internal safety. It of is shown that after the receipt of independence the countries of Baltic practically lost the rich in content filling of idea of the Baltic collaboration. The last its most meaningful constituent there is a favor of historical memory of that in a greater or less degree at official level demonstrate entire three countries.
