Abstract

The institutional and organizational foundations of military-political communication, which is becoming a vital sphere of protection of democratic societies, are studied. On this basis, military-political communication is considered as a systemic formation that arises for the purpose of communication support of military operations, as well as maintaining the stability of "one's own" society and the disintegration of the "enemy". The functionality of the top military-political management, which gives preference to systemic actions for generating information dissemination and consolidating the effects of information companies, is explained. The importance of the ability of military-political communication to influence the audience based on the principles of trust and mutual respect is revealed. The specifics of the organizational and managerial integration of political PR are shown, based on political coordination and coordination of information strategies for the dissemination of Ukrainian military content. It is revealed that political technologies relate to the managerial and organizational tools and methods used to implement these strategies, starting from data analysis, media monitoring, narrative analysis and ending with coordinated digital campaigns. It is proven that one of the central functions of political PR in military communication is the management of digital communication coalitions. The importance of the information policy of authoritarian actors who intensively deploy bot farms, digital troll communities and networks of communicative influence is analyzed. The specifics of providing a narrative basis, technological infrastructure and ethical guidelines necessary to resist the pressure of propaganda and disinformation are reflected. It is substantiated that the competent use of political PR and political technologies provides a decisive strategic advantage in the development of military-political communications.
