Global organizational and value transformations of economic security

Abstract

The article examines global organizational and value transformations that significantly affect economic security in the context of modern challenges. The author considers the impact of globalization processes, changes in the world political and economic systems, and technological innovations on the formation of new conditions for maintaining economic stability. It is determined that these changes create both new opportunities and risks for countries seeking to preserve their economic autonomy and integrate into world markets. Special attention is paid to the transformations of international economic organizations such as the World Trade Organization, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The author analyzes their role in regulating the global economy, in particular through the establishment of new standards and rules. The author considers how changes in the policies of these organizations affect the economic security of individual states, in particular through the introduction of structural reforms and adaptation to new global realities. Shifts in global values that are becoming increasingly important in international economic relations are highlighted. These include the ideas of sustainable development, social justice, environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility. It is emphasized that these changes affect economic policy at both the national and international levels, forming new approaches to the regulation of economic activity. Particular emphasis is placed on the economic security of Ukraine, which faces challenges caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation and international sanctions against the aggressor. The article analyzes how global transformations affect the adaptation of Ukraine's economic policy, in particular in the context of integration into world markets and ensuring sustainability in the face of growing competition and instability. The key challenges and prospects associated with global changes are identified. Technological progress, digitalization of the economy, development of innovative approaches to energy security and financial technologies are considered as the main drivers for ensuring economic stability in the world. Recommendations for the formation of an effective economic policy that would meet modern global standards and contribute to the preservation of economic security of states are proposed.
