Migrant refugees from the war in Ukraine in the globalising political processes of our time through the eyes of citizens of host countries

The relevance of the research is based on the theoretical foundations of the migration of Ukrainian refugees from the war during the aggression of the Russian Federation in 2022-2024 and their role in the political processes of our time as a sequence of events caused by certain circumstances. They have their own peculiarities and require careful research by scholars. A number of scientific studies and public discussions have been dedicated to this topic. However, at the theoretical and practical level, there is no consensus among researchers on the formation of the image of migrant refugees from the war in Ukraine in 2022-2024 in the political processes of our time. These processes have been significantly altered by the forced movements of Ukrainian citizens to safe territories of other states under the influence of constant shelling by the racist aggressor. These events were spontaneous, which determined the expediency of scientific research based on the opinion of citizens of host countries regarding migrant refugees from the war in Ukraine in 2022-2024. The generalisation of the research materials showed that refugee migrants from the war in Ukraine in the globalisation political processes of our time in the context of Russian aggression in 2022-2024 became the object of research. The subject of the research is the regularities of efficiency and rationality of assistance to Ukrainian migrant refugees from the war in the EU host countries, challenges and positive aspects of refugee migration from Ukraine abroad. The main directions of the globalisation political processes of our time, which could not take into account the unpredictability of mass refugees from the war in Ukraine, the new influx of refugee migrants from the war in Ukraine to the host countries of the EU and the world, are also debatable. The study summarises the opinions of citizens of host countries regarding refugee migrants from the war in Ukraine in 2022-2024 and draws conclusions based on which recommendations are proposed for the EU Council to adopt a decision on the guaranteed allocation of funds from the EU state budget and the EU and world host countries to support Ukraine and its refugees until the end of the war and the restoration of Ukraine after its completion.
