Functioning of tsnap and activity of centers in the e-government system

Abstract

This article reveals the peculiarities of the functioning of the e-government system in the context of the state policy of Ukraine and demonstrates the genesis of the development of centers for the provision of administrative services in Diya. Centers. It is determined that digitization occurs in all spheres of social and political life and is intended to bring closer the interaction of government, community and business. Digital technologies are used in the system of public authority, and thanks to the introduction of electronic governance, there is a significant saving of public funds.
This article examines administrative service provision centers, their specifics, number, state and international support. It has been studied that the centers for the provision of administrative services are oriented not only to the provision of administrative services, but also under the influence of digitalization and electronic services, which became the basis for the transition to Action.Centers.
During the research, attention was focused on the fact that Action Centers, unlike administrative service centers, provide not only administrative and e-services, but also form complex solutions to urgent problems of citizens, which can be solved in one place.
The regional aspect of Diya’s spread is analyzed. Centers during 2022-early 2024. It was determined that Diya is the most active. Centers were opened in Ternopil, Lviv, Volyn, Rivne, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
The problems of Ukrainian society in the system of electronic governance are identified, namely, the lack of necessary skills among citizens to use electronic services and unequal access to the Internet throughout Ukraine.
Functioning of centers for the provision of administrative services in the e-government system and the creation of an Action based on them. Centers shows the transformational changes of Ukrainian society.
